On occasion it is possible to assist your organisation on management and secretarial activities on a small scale level, to create better work flow and efficiency.
General consultancy can be delivered to organisations and individuals in the context of developing projects.
Project Development
We can guide organisations and individuals who wish to start up a new developing project in a foreign country on every step of the way, giving advice on structuring and setting-up an initial Project Plan (PP), work out a step by step guide line on successful Project Implementation, using a Multi-Year Approach (MYA).
A requirements analysis and feasibility report of the project are part of our services. Information on project partners, circumstances, sustainability, opportunities and capacity building aspects are described.
